Vipul founded Elixir Consulting, EWS Search and Gi Staffing India which grew to become amongst the larger Talent Search Businesses in India and Africa. In 2011, he was awarded one of the top 50 Inspiring Entrepreneurs of India by Cyber Media. Vipul also co-founded the Indian Staffing federation and worked as its first vice-president. He has also been actively associated with NASSCOM as mentor in the Orbit shift Program run by them.
